I'm going here because it's close, and the staff is friendly. but there are some things they could improve. the front door handles are loose and have told a coworker before 2 weeks, but are still broken the airconditoner looks like he had never been cleaned or waited and her look like mold near the ventilation openings, recommend hydroclean there are many dead flying near the windows that are coarse. Blames the supplier company for their things up . . several articles that are missing from a family order.
They guess his not only midvale, but all red cocks I ordered 2 ripa subs to find that they are the stripes too simple boring, and that the ripa was like burger, it has shrunk from alot I will no longer order very disappointed by red rooster since it was one of our familyfvs
I typically do not give 1-star reviews, but after a disappointing experience at this restaurant's drive-through, I felt compelled to do so. I placed an order, paid for it, and then was told at the window that they did not have all the parts of the meal I ordered. I was forced to accept a substitution and felt frustrated and inconvenienced. The manager of the restaurant reached out to me, apologized, and offered me a replacement meal, which I appreciate. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. However, the poor customer service experience has made me hesitant to visit this restaurant again in the future.
