We were ordering two strawberry lychee slushes and initially misheard her. When we politely corrected ourselves, she appeared visibly annoyed and gave us an attitude. What concerned us most was that, unlike our previous visits, she took our cups to the back of the store—out of our sight—before returning with them. Usually, all drinks are prepared in front of customers, ensuring transparency, but this time, we couldn't see what was happening. To make things even more unsettling, her coworkers were laughing and smiling in a way that made us feel uneasy. When she finally placed the drinks on the counter, her attitude remained dismissive. We’ve always ordered from this location and never experienced this kind of service before. The lack of professionalism and the unusual handling of our drinks left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning the store’s hygiene and customer service standards. In the end, we decided to throw our drinks in the bin in school because we were unsure if they were clean or tampered with.

The staff can't really speak well english, just hope the owner (or if one of them is the owner) can hire some english speaking person as you're doing business in Australia. Simply asking whether it's suit for vegan, and none-of the staff could answer me this. When i asked, the girl recommend me to drink milk tea, and i asked is it creamer or real milk as I have become vegan since this year, and she only answered "yes". And this give and go conversation repeated 3 times. What the.....after a while a guy came to me and looked at me, and i had to asked him again, and he seems like can understand my question however he only said "no no , can drink". Since what i received was an uncertain answer, i don't really trust them and went to Utopia.  I saw this bran on an magazine and i would really love to give it a try, however, please improve your staff training and hire some english speaking person.
