Service was attentive so i praise the f... read more I luv the idea of tapas - sharing, grazing & sampling small dishes but unfortunately, Deja Vu Tapas did not deliver. Service was attentive so i praise the friendly waiters for their customer service, atmosphere was ok, it wasn't overly busy, the Rooftop Restaurant is only a month old so the venue looked newly renovated. The food though was a little disappointing sorry to say. Sliders were tiny, about the size of a 50c piece in diameter, the bread was also quite hard, almost stale or perhaps the dough was just stodgy & meat patty was dry.  Alot of the foods also lacked flavour or balance, what they refer to as tomato relish looked just like tomato sauce from a bottle, satay sauce really lacked peanut & spices. Mushrooms were overcooked & our fries were totally soggy. Plating of food was ok so some points gained there as were the cocktails, well presented. The restaurant hasn't been around long, around 6mths i believe so perhaps with time they may iron out a few issues in the kitchen.
