I had breakfast here as I was staying in the hotel. Really friendly, excellent service and one of the best coffees I've had in a while. I ordered pancakes and they were pretty ordinary to be honest, but I would absolutely go back for coffee and maybe try something else to eat. View all feedback.

Staying at the Adina Hotel, this cafe is in the foyer and seemingly most convenient for a business man's breakfast. I say don't bother! You are better off walking 5 minutes in any direction for better value and service. The cashier is surly, the food pre-cooked, re-heated and tasteless. I came across this hidden gem that was beautifully decorated, with thanks to the rug store next door for providing all items for sale. The alleyway was filled with small tables and chairs, creating a cozy atmosphere.
The best coffee in Leederville can be found tucked away inside a rug store/furniture store. I love the inviting and fun decor.
