Description

Basilica, located in between office buildings on St. Georges Terrace, offers a variety of options for lunch in the CBD. Despite a few hiccups, such as windy days blowing leaves into the restaurant and some disappointing dishes like the overpriced risotto, overall reviews highlight that the food is delicious with generous portions. The service is prompt and professional, and the atmosphere and presentation of the dishes are also well-received. Customers recommend trying the seafood linguine, fish and chips, and chicken club sandwich, while the Asian noodle salad with chicken and mango left much to be desired. The cafe serves excellent coffee and chai soy lattes, making it a popular spot for work breaks, although it can get busy during peak hours. Overall, Basilica offers a pleasant dining experience with room for improvement in a few areas, such as pricing and the consistency of dishes.

Wandered in here after an early morning appointment in the cbd - did not disappointment. Breakfast of the day dishes were stand out, generous serving portions, great coffee, and I'll come back for those giant sandwiches in the display. Really great cbd cafe amidst all the office buildings.

Risotto is criminally priced at $24???? Located in between the office buildings on St Georges Tce, Basilica is one of a variety of cafes. We wanted breakfast @11am but they had just switched to lunch menu. Since it was 11 on the dot, we asked our server to check with the kitchen but they were military strict on brekky closed. ???? Everyone was polite so we went with lunch. As I opened with, we ordered the vegetable risotto and were underwhelmed for the price. We also had the Ruben which was As close to NY style as I have ever seen below the equator, would definitely order again. One of the best dining experiences in the Perth CBD! Located in the heart of Brookfield Place, this restaurant is a fantastic spot for a great lunch or dinner. Currently, my top pick is the Beef Cheek—it's ideal for the chilly weather!
