Service: The staff/spexially Chef .Trivandendram was attentive and , eager to recommend dishes based on our preferences. They provided timely service without being intrusive. The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic dishes to regional specialties. We started with the Samosas, which were crispy and packed with flavorful spiced potatoes. The Daal Makhani was a standout creamy and rich, served with perfectly cooked naan that complemented the dish Overall Experience: Baaba kitchen an authentic Indian experience that satisfies both the palate and the spirit. Onto the curries I’ll start with we ordered both to be “hot base” but what we got was a 2/10 at best it was mild. The chicken tasted nice and good portion of chicken inside the curry, the curry tasted good as well and went well with the naan. We ordered the fish curry as well and the curry was really nice, the fish was decent and good portions of fish inside that as well. Overall I recommend but if you choose hot base you will be disappointed with how mild it is.
