a short review here, but overall, we were satisfied with our experience. the drive-thru element was fast and painless, the order was correct and there was enough parking to stop and have our lunch. I'm immersed in to use the facilities and the male toilets were clean and sanitary. absolutely no trouble. we would like to use this special restaurant again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
So, let's go. we tried to park only on disabled bays parked by big truck over them, the driver arranged us and screaming movement sat breakfast in the restaurant and asked for table service. 20 minutes later I had to ask for our food. I have an angry response from his coming. 15 minutes later it arrived. tee was cold, no milk or sugar. restaurant not busy, workers are not doing anything. that's not the first time tha... Absolute chaos as usual here park you up after the drive thru, car park full still taking orders so cars that are parked can’t get out, food cold when eventually came. Poorest McDonald’s in Scotland
As regular users we are extremely pleased with this establishment.
In general, i quiete like maccies but what idiots are working here? i got a side salad with no cucumber and had to send it back like three times to get it right, fries came unsalted and milkshake flavours were mixed. we ordered chocolate and it had vanilla in it. we also ordered a banana and it had chocalate in it. additionaly staff was rather rude. im disappointed. never going back again
It's s McDonald's. Love or hate it, that's your choice. It's purpose is a quick bite to eat not necessarily the quality or awesomeness of the food. Where it matters is the speed of the service and if the food is fresh/warm. In this case, yes!
Absolutely useless, every time orders are wrong or stone cold. Can’t even include the items you’ve paid for then have the cheek to question it.
