Had to ask... read more Having eaten here before, we were looking forward to a gift voucher experience, very disappointed. A lukewarm reception followed by a sloppy service. Had to ask for drinks after sitting for 10 minutes, followed by another 10 minutes wait for drinks to be served. Food order was taken, but we were not asked if we would like to order more drinks, i.e. wine to accompany our meal. Smoked salmon with salad comprised too much salad. Had to ask for our plates to be removed, overall not a great experience. Worth noting that Kim was not on the floor.

The food was excellent yet again and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his blue cheese sauce the chef made for him to go with his steak (such amazing customer care to cater for someone this way and make something not even on the menu when asked). This is our go to restaurant in Perth and I’d recommend it to anyone.

We received a very warm welcome, sat outside in the sun and were presented with some bubbly and a chef’s plate complete with strawberries and a message from the chef, piped in chocolate. The staff were all very kind and this was such a nice touch. Now this is how customer service is done. This made an awesome day that bit more special. Will definitely be back. Thank you from Mr Mrs G
