The more time goes by the worst this place gets. The owner is greedy and if he sees that something sells he will continue to raise the priceParking: Horrible
This is a quick stop for Mexican Pastries, tacos or a Cuban sandwich. Small and old.Food: 3/5
Was looking for a Portuguese place to celebrate my friend's birthday. We didn't find it in Perth Amboy after all. But since that's where we thought we would, and I was there first, I walked around the corner and happened upon Primavera. Very nice! It's a little authentic place where you can't possibly expect to get by without knowing Spanish. I tried, I pointed to a couple of things, and got a couple of desserts to go for the birthday celebration. It worked out. They were able to help me find what was sweeter vs. less sweet and patient while I looked (they helped other customers but I motioned for that, and came back to me when I was ready). It is some wonderful Latin American fare on par with anything near me, very reasonable price, easy access, and brings life to the neighborhood. If you're considering a place that says it's Portuguese, you'd rather be here at a fraction of the cost, way better atmosphere, and more authentic to its name.
I’ve been coming here since I’m a kid! If I’m ever in the area I always stop to bring snacks home!
