What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The restaurant doesn't have their act together when it comes to their food, especially the burgers which were cold and not even slightly warm. They seem to pre-make them and then throw them in a warmer to save time, but for me it's not working. Don't get me wrong, some burgers are better than others, depending on the location, so it's a hit or miss. They should take a page out of McDonald's book and serve their burge... View all feedback.
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the staff helped me with my order. The food was delicious and everything was top-notch. The parking location was very convenient with plenty of space available. The restaurant is also very kid-friendly, with spacious seating, safe environment, and a kid-friendly menu.
They seem to prioritize the drive-thru over the customers waiting inside. I waited for almost 20 minutes to place my order and another 25 minutes for my food, which never came. After requesting a refund, I left disappointed. I will not be returning to waste my time there again.
Every time I go through the drive-thru, they never include the sauces I ask for with my nuggets. This has happened multiple times now, and I have tried to overlook it, but I can't do it anymore.
Those on the over night shift are too poorly educated, especially one carla there, try to educate the employees better and make them understand that their salary depends on the client.....

I don't mind being insulted to my face in any language. Honestly, I am considering reporting this place to the health department as I have not seen anyone wearing gloves, hair nets, or other required food safety equipment. People would rather go to another McDonald's even if it means waiting an extra five minutes.
