El Carbon - Perth Amboy

I love this family restaurant. The new owners are wonderful. I believe many people in the neighborhood do not yet know that there are new owners, and that some of the old negative reviews have been directed to the former owners. The restaurant is now very clean and the food is delicious. No one paid me to leave this review, nor do I personally know the new owners. I just wanted to give a fair and deserved review of this place. I think if this restaurant continues to do what they do, they will be for a very long time.

I believe the restaurant is under new management and now offers Mexican cuisine. I've heard from three different customers that the food is good, so I decided to give it a try. The tacos come with handmade tortillas and I ordered tamales, which were delicious. The prices and portion sizes are reasonable. The owner is very friendly, and the place has only been open for a month. It's also very clean.

I want to inform the restaurant in 379 market street in Perth Amboy with all new foods with a new boss who had 30 years of experience with Italian food, Mexican food, American food, Brunch. Visit the new administration launched on 31 January 2020. Come home made food, new and from scratch, thank you and enjoy your day

Fantastic food, atmosphere, and staff. The service at the restaurant is exceptional, and their delivery is swift and incredibly polite. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant with my parents. The homemade food was exceptional, bursting with flavor and incredibly juicy. I highly recommend the Dad Burger. While it might be a bit pricey, it's definitely worth it—it's a double patty and comes with yogurt and fries. It was the best meal I've ever had, and I can't wait to go back!
