Typically, this restaurant provides great service, but tonight the meat was old and terrible. Even my dog wasn't interested in it. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.

Once I got home an... read more I went to a takeaway restaurant that had parking outside. I ordered online and made sure to specify that I wanted no cashew nuts in my order. Once I got home and opened the peshwari nan, I discovered that it was covered in almonds, despite my request. I called the restaurant to let them know that I had clearly stated no almonds in my order, as I have done in the past. The person on the phone informed me that the peshwari mix on top was pre-made with almonds. I questioned why they would ignore my request and put almonds on it anyway. The response I received was dismissive, with the person offering to make me another one. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, although the chicken was still warm and tasty.

It would be nice if the restaurant actually got my orders right!! Unfortunately, they have gotten 7 out of my last 8 orders wrong. I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, but this is just unacceptable. What the heck!

Ordered a home delivery through Just Eat, Two wraps, two drinks and a tub of sauce. Paid £4.50 for delivery which falls around the same price as other takeaways... read more Ordered a home delivery through Just Eat, Two wraps, two drinks and a tub of sauce. Paid £4.50 for delivery which falls around the same price as other takeaways in Perth (for clarity, we live 9.5 miles from the shop) Upon receipt of the food, we were asked to pay a FURTHER £8 for the delivery. We had no money in the house, so we were told we could call to pay this. Before we had time, they were already calling us for us to pay the money. When we questioned it, they advised that the £4.50 was a Just Eat delivery charge, and not theirs. This is something they should be bringing up with Just Eat, and not making their customers pay £12.50 for delivery. Absolutely horrendous behaviour, and I’ll certainly be making sure people in the local area are aware of this. The food was average, and certainly not worth the money we ended up paying.
