Guac Mexi Grill - Perth

Wonderful food. Very fresh and portions are good for the price. It 's tasty and pretty much the most you could hope for from fast food. Service is lovely, with courteous and up-beat staff. When I have a few extra bucks, Quac in Perth is one of my favorite spoil myself treats.

Pre ordered food for pick up. We have been to this location one other time. Same experience. Walked in and the employee was on her phone. Told her we had an order for pick up. She argued with us saying we didn’t. (Same as the first time). Then refreshed her iPad and it magically popped up. (We waited to pick up our order when it said it would be ready). Now we have to wait even longer for our food. She was clearly on the phone with AirPods actively having a conversation with her partner, not doing her job. From reading the other reviews this is clearly the same employee, who is unfortunately ruining customers experiences, at what would be a very nice place to eat. Not to mention she forgot our Queso sauce (which we paid extra for) and a sour cream on the side. Which we only noticed after arriving home. Employee very clearly dislikes her job, it’s one thing if it happened one time and one visit but this is twice now. Clearly it’s a pattern. Won’t be back.

No one in the restaurant. Food not fresh. Very expensive for the quality and portion. All utensils empty. Would not visit again.

Stopped into Guac Mexi Grill this evening for a quick bite and wow are we glad we did. I have the small Chicken Burrito and wow was it delicious! The chicken was warm and super flavourful. The burrito bowl was excellent as well. Nice fresh toppings and super helpful staff. So do yourself a favour and stop in for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. The store is clean and large with some tables to sit at.
