The few staff members present were courteous, but it appeared that this location might be experiencing some staffing issues. Unfortunately, the tables were not clean, which was a letdown. The women’s restroom was out of order (such things can happen), and while the men’s restroom was functioning, it was in very poor shape—falling apart and lacking any means to dry my hands. On the bright side, there is free parking available. I encourage you to support this establishment; they have likely faced significant challenges due to COVID and supply shortages, and they could really use the business.

We ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy as sides, and both were excellent. It was my first time trying the mac and cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The only downside was that the restaurant felt somewhat dirty; the floors were slick, the bathroom was sticky, smelled of cigarette smoke, and had a clogged toilet.

I ultimately had to ask for a refund, and the manager seemed to believe I should have waited even longer. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Now, after sitting here for 30 minutes, we still don’t have our order. We had already paid, so I ended up having to request a refund. 40 minutes wasted.

It's not the same as when I was a kid, back then it was a treat to get a bucket of original recipe with sides, now the chicken way too greasy and the flavor is not the same, not evenclose. Very disappointing.
