Literally the blandest BBQ sauce I've ever had in my entire life, and I've eaten BBQ around the US. The pork was in weird, square, shaved pieces that did not taste fresh at all. I've literally had better BBQ from Aldi. Also, terrible service, had to wait 15 minutes for the fries and onion rings (the BBQ and buns were given to us within two minutes, pulled from the fridge because you have to reheat it yourself), and w... Had a chicken sandwich. Pretty cool spot in Perryville, definitely need to visit again. I think my visit was a one-off experience after reading other comments. Food was alright, same with service, and atmosphere. Chicken tasted fresh on the sandwich which was good. Lot of young staff working so I can understand any sort of issues. Would recommend coming during lunch hours versus weekday nights. Very friendly pricing! Definitely need to come back.
Ewald’s is a great local restaurant. Their BBQ is what they are known for for, but their cheese burgers are my favorite.
