Lovely peaceful drive through the cottonwood groves and green pastures. The lake is so pretty this time of the year. Lots on the menu; the fried catfish is the best around could easily feed two! Great home made onion rings. After the meal, mosey across the street to the lake, sit under the shady gazebo and take in the nature of God’s creation! View all feedback.
I love this place and the people who serve him. We really love to see that the older conciliation brings into her brownies that we have camped here since I was a child, now I have memories that bring my children here and will soon make memories of my big baby. Thank you for your hard work, Friday night Wels dinner for my husband, kitten and brownies for our sweet tooth and thank you for the tons and tons of sweet tea. Texas Style right there
My family and I had a great time over the fourth. The only thing that was disappointing was that the store was closed on the fourth, so we had to go to the city to get a few things, but other than that it was great. This place is very well maintained compared to other lakes to which I and my family were. We live in AZ and very few lakes have the amenities of this lake, especially for the size of the lake. Cleanliness alone.
Great place to relax, eat some good meals and just have fun. As long as a certain local pastor isn't there harassing people it's a great experience. Just kidding about the pastor. He's kind of part of the landscape of the lake now. Just have to deal with it.. Ha... Really great small lake to get a way too. Try it You'll be glad you did...
I love this place!! I have only been there a few times but hope to make many more trips!!!
One of our places we go at least a couple of times a year. Not far, the lake is beautiful, and the price is right! My kids love it!
