This restaurant is incredibly beautiful, showcasing a timeless elegance with its grand piano and fireplace in the lobby, along with each meticulously designed room. It has a unique, personalized touch rather than a corporate feel. The food was outstanding as well!

This place is a hidden gem! The woodwork and artwork are stunning, and the ambiance is cozy with its fireplace, library, and bar. There's even a two-lane bowling alley! The town feels like something out of a Hallmark movie, which is charming. If you're in the area, this is definitely a fantastic spot to stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Had dinner after a long drive through Iowa. We were the only diners there, which after dining I can tell why. Wife had the famed chicken pot pie. It was unique looking. Good but not very seasoned. I spun the wheel and had the Tuesday night special, a bagelburger . Sometimes you gamble and sometimes you lose. I lost. It was possibly the worst burger I have ever eaten and I 've eatenat carnivals and bowling alleys and so far the lousiest meal I have had on our vacation. This chimera consisted of: burger, egg, bacon, avocado and pesto....on a bagel. How can someone put so many ingredients in a sandwich and still have it lack anydiscernable flavor? Well, if grease is a flavor I suppose they achieved that. I couldn 't even finish half of it. Oh it camewith fries and cocktail sauce too ???? . It 's like someone let their kid into the liquor cabinet before asking them to designthe meal So here I sit. A rock in my stomach and a heart full of regrets. A Luxury dining experience I could have livedwithout. 0 outta 4 stars.
