After finishing my sandwich, I experienced some stomach discomfort, and I found the staff to be quite unprofessional.

However, the employee told me she couldn’t do that becaus... read more I visited Subway today and ordered a foot-long sub, requesting that both halves be wrapped separately. However, the employee told me she couldn’t do that because it’s considered a foot-long, not two six-inch subs. I explained that it’s essentially the same sandwich. I’ve been coming here five times a week and never had this issue before. Still, she insisted it was company policy. I found the situation quite frustrating. As a result, I will no longer be a regular customer, and Subway has also lost six corporate catering orders I place each year—all over a simple request. I refuse to support such poor customer service. The rest of the menu won’t matter if the basic requests aren’t respected.

The Sandwich Artist was friendly and attentive while making my 6-inch sub. However, I noticed that only two napkins are provided with each sandwich. Although the 6-inch sub was tasty, it didn’t feel very satisfying as a meal. I definitely needed more than two napkins to handle the extra condiments.
