I had a disappointing experience with the owner's customer service. I ended up canceling my order after he made some inappropriate jokes, especially considering that I don't even know him.

The service at this location is truly outstanding and friendly. However, I'm disappointed that it's the only Subway I’ve visited that doesn’t accept any coupons.

I often order from Subway’s online menu for pickup, but they often forget to add the bread. After finishing my sandwich, I experienced some stomach discomfort, and I found the staff to be quite unprofessional.

I visited Subway today and ordered a foot-long sub, requesting that both halves be wrapped separately. However, the employee told me she couldn’t do that because it’s considered a foot-long, not two six-inch subs. I explained that it’s essentially the same sandwich. I’ve been coming here five times a week and never had this issue before. Still, she insisted it was company policy. I found the situation quite frustrating. As a result, I will no longer be a regular customer, and Subway has also lost six corporate catering orders I place each year—all over a simple request. I refuse to support such poor customer service. The rest of the menu won’t matter if the basic requests aren’t respected.

The restaurant was clean, and the ingredients for the sandwiches were neatly arranged for easy selection. The Sandwich Artist was friendly and attentive while making my 6-inch sub. However, I noticed that only two napkins are provided with each sandwich. Although the 6-inch sub was tasty, it didn’t feel very satisfying as a meal. I definitely needed more than two napkins to handle the extra condiments.
