Makarounes - Peristeri

Pretty much everything was excellent about this place, the service, the food, the toilets... Not cheap, but not impossibly expensive either and definitely worth it. It was recommended to me from a friend of mine, and she was right, I would recommend it too. Note: If I HAD to find something negative to say, it would be about the bread they bring at the beginning, which was nothing special, especially when compared to the rest of the food.

Makarounes is undoubtedly a paradise for lovers of pasta and pizza. Their pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, with the right amount of sauce, herbs, and seasoning that brought out the flavors of each dish. Their pizza was also top-notch, with a crispy crust and a delicious tomato sauce that was perfectly balanced with the toppings. The service at Makarounes was also commendable. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend Makarounes to anyone looking for an authentic Italian dining experience. Their pasta and pizza dishes are undoubtedly some of the best I have had, and the restaurant's excellent service only add to the experience.

Absolutely exceptional food. Comforting yet refined, every single dish was uniquely captivating.

We visited while fasting for the Greek orthodox Easter and we had some lovely options from the menu. Radicchio salad with blueberries, shrimp and tarama pizza and fresh papardele pasta with tomato and basil. We loved everything by especially the pizza!! Service was amazing and they guided us through the available options (due to fasting). It was not our first time there and will certainly won't be the last.
