What Heidi Cyphers doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Wilted brown lettuce which I would ignore if they'd just put what I ask for on the sandwich. Very disappointing that I paid $19 for the wrong thing when it wasn't even busy. They don't care. They must get bonuses based off of how much they throw out at the end of the day. Can I PRETTY PLEASE have pickles?!?! Yes mikes way! Oh I can't have that either? Dang. Painfully slow. Between online orders and in person customers. The slicer should be in constant use with very little down time. The lack of urgency to get sandwiches out is unacceptable at this location Do yourself a favor and go to the Wanaque Jersey Mikes if you want your food fast. My sandwich was absolutely delicious. The staff is super friendly and kind. Ken and Atavia made my first visit here at Jersey mikes amazing. I’ll definitely be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Horrible!!! I walked into the store at 8:43pm with total respect and said hello to one gentleman that had his back turned to me after one minute. He purposely ignored me while cleaning the hot stove. After I said hello, he replies wassss up? Elxactly like that. My reply was sorry, you close at 9 right? Replies yeah like I was bothering him. He then proceeds to call out another co-worker. The second guy comes out also in an irritated fashion holding the blade to the slicer. Both guys treated me like I committed some-type of crime. I repeated again you are still open right? I ordered a regular sub, guy purposely gives me a mini sized bread, gives me fewer slices of cold-cuts (I order from Mikes regularly and noticed the difference as he was cutting). Completes the sandwich unwillingly, then when it comes to the drink size the guy points the cups without talking like I 'm some kind of stupid person. I have never been treated this way. I 'm a director for a large firm in the food industry (Shop Rite) and have never been treated so disrespectful. I will never return to this location. I believe there names were Moe and Ken. If your employees are gonna get annoyed by a customer walking in 16 minutes prior to closing then I suggest you close at 8:30 so that your customers are not treated like ****. Horrible experience!!!
