ordered hacke suey, got vegetarian delight. great difference. they said they would replace them. I have the same. I told her there are no water chestnuts, no bambus, no inherit, no red or green paprika in it. only celery toss and sprouts. that's it. She argued in me to go and get my money back. This place should be shut down. They keep food that they cook and SERVE PEOPLE in the bathroom because of storage. It's wrapped up but still so unsanitary. It's disgusting!! An old coworker said this place was dirty. Someone hired to fix something said it was filthy. They argue with customers all the time. Just look at other reviewers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
My daughter and I enjoyed the very best PuPu platter we had ever ordered. The server was gracious and attentive to everyone. The place was clean and well kept. They have very fast pickup times and eating in they put very good effort on presentation.
I typically like tea café however I went in today they did not get my order correct and then they proceeded to argue with me that it was my fault not thrilled I ended up walking out and he was still saying it was my fault.
