I actually waited at the register for like 5 to 7 minutes and no one came to take my order! This was Friday night 2/16/24.I go to this store often, but the two employees we're only tending to the drive thru window and not the counter.. I walked out in discust, employee we're ignorant!!!First time for me!
Did not recieve my maple syrup with my breakfast pancake sandwiches!! Service slow ! Floors were dirty !!
Older woman with shorter hair (Nancy? is so rude and when I confronted her about food being cold she says “it’s supposed to be” it most certainly is not. Constantly yelling at the other employees as well as customers sometimes, I’m not sure how they put up with her but kudos to them because I’d have lost it !
This Dunkin is great but the service is not so great all of the employees are nice except for one and that one employee told my kid to get a hobby and question by child, do you ever go home. My kid was just trying to get food after school. There was nobody in line in front of me and it took 15 minutes for them to ask me what i want. This is unacceptable. The food is great,But nothing else.Kid-friendliness: This one worker she looks about 90 or so. She is not nice to my kid and her friends she even swore at them.
