Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line for a single shake. 6 cars with full meal and drinks are served behind me. young girls lied that machine is broken... read more Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line for a single shake. 6 cars with full meal and drinks are served behind me. young girls lied that machine is broken, another lady said we were simply skipped because of the young girls mistakes. then I shake my daughter with no sweetness. had to turn around and do everything again. not fun if there were 109 out gas almost $6 didn’t even complicate the shaking

There was literally no cheese on the grilled... read more If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous. They literally forgot the meat on our double cheeseburger. There was literally no cheese on the grilled cheese. The chicken was so burnt it was inedible. They gave us diet cokes instead of sprite. And fries for the other two meals instead of tots and onion rings. I genuinely try to avoid leaving bad reviews but this was just awful. The fries they did give us were cold. The onion ring (yes singular) tasted literally like funnel cake. We like to give places more than once chance and this was our second time visiting this specific location (the first time being only marginally better which is saying a lot). The employees to top it all were rude and clearly so high they forgot their brains at home. Look I don't care what you do in your free time or before work but if it effects your job this much YIKES. I've worked in fast food before it's literally not complicated and it's hard to screw up this bad.

I 'm normally not picky, but this absolutely made me sad after a long day teaching. Good luck
