What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
I had a great experience with their catering service! However, our hot bar deliveries for corporate lunches have been over 40 minutes late the last two times, and there were missing items. It's hard to understand how they can offer a taco bar without the necessary dishes and tortillas. The manager lacks proper customer service skills and is quite rude. I got home and realized my order was incorrect, so I drove back to the restaurant to request a remake. Instead of assistance, I was met with an argument. If they had simply remade my order when I asked, I would've rated my experience a solid 4.5 stars. Instead, the employee argued with me about correcting the mistake they made in the first place. I wasn't asking for free food, just what I had originally ordered.
The staff were friendly and welcomed you as you entered. It's a great choice for fast food if you’re seeking something different from the usual hamburgers and fries.
We continued down the line until my bowl was complete, and I was ready to redeem my reward. I pulled out my phone to access my app, and after some confusion, we figured out how to redeem it. I scanned my code, only to be informed that I owed $3.27! She explained that this charge was for the extra chicken she had offered me. I was taken aback—$3.27 for just a few ounces of extra chicken on a bowl that was meant to be FREE? What a surprise! I had to spend $125 to earn this reward, only to find out I had to pay for the extras they offered. In that moment, I should have confronted her, pointing out that she had asked if I wanted extra chicken without mentioning there would be an additional cost. However, I was shocked and flustered, so I didn’t think clearly. As for the food itself, it was delicious! I love Qdoba, but I still feel I deserve some form of compensation for the misleading information I received.
Terrible Catering Service! Our Hot Bar deliveries for Corporate lunches have been very late (over 40 minutes) the last 2 times and missing items!! How do you do the taco bar without the shells/tortillas? Manager does not understand customer service andhe is RUDE!! I cannot order if they cannot deliver on time with what we ordered. This last order on 9/8 they charged me anadditional POS adjustment of $199.20 AFTER delivery and the manager could not explain it. I had to have my credit card getinvolved. This is my second post as the first has disappeared.
Great food. But dirty tables and floor. We sat at the only clean table and it was so wobbly we had to move to a dirty table. Guess what... that table was even worse. Very wobbly. Finally our 3rd table was not wobbly but it was dirty. We had to cleanourselves. 3 people behind the counter working on food. Maybe one more in kitchen. 2 customers in dinning area. So theyweren 't busy. The staff just wasn 't cleaning dinning room. One table not the previously mentioned had a dirty rag under theleg to try to level the table better. My advice get new tables !! If the dinning room is dirty how does the kitchen look. Intoday 's word we want clean ! Step it up .
