Original Pancake House - Peoria

Prices are high, the food was average, and the service needs improvement. My family and I arrived around 1pm. We were rushed by the server to order and felt rushed to finish our meal. I will not be returning.

We went there today for the first time ever, and let me tell you something it was great it was better then great Let's start at the atmosphere it was so clean and so bright, the staff seemed so happy and friendly, our waitress she was wonderful,extremely friendly and very helpful! The manager was the greatest very active, helping his stuff by cleaning tables helping them serve food, he was talking to us and all the other customers. So friendly!! We will return to this place!!

I rate orange juice for a living. I'm more of a sweet orange juice type of gal. Their orange juice is not too sour but not too sweet either. Overall their orange juice was a 4/5. The food and service was great.

Ordered Apple Waffle, delicious but $10 for a waffle I could recreate at home. Service seemed inviting.But the aroma of customers was busy and loud.

I went here today with my family!!! The staff was so friendly. If you want pancakes or waffles, you can go here, but expect highly over priced food and small pancakes. The eggs, sausage, or any other food. I don't recommend getting the eggs are runny and plain. The sausage was burnt and taste like cardboard.
