I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant. My orders are consistently incorrect, and I often receive small portions. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I often work from McDonald's during the day, but the staff is unprofessional. It is noisy, crowded, and people are eating loudly. They stare at customers but don't offer any help. Customers even make fun of each other over the headsets and at the counter. It's really chaotic! View all feedback.
The employees will lazily linger without acknowledging customers waiting at the counter, leaving them feeling ignored.
My husband and I visited last week and the McDouble I ordered was the best I've ever had. I'm not sure what they did differently, but this simple sandwich was outstanding. Thank you and please continue with the great work!
The cheeseburger was undercooked, which could potentially cause food poisoning. It was unsatisfactory.
We had to wait for our order, and they kept trying to give us someone else's order. The fries were cold as well.
Not at all the best location in town close to one of the worst. Food is always cold , they never get the order right. And when it is right it looks a child made the food all sloppy put together. Do yourself a favor go up the road by pioneer parkway to that McDonald’s or over on Knoxville.
