I ordered online and went through the drive-thru, but was told to wait on the side of the building. After 20 minutes, a woman finally came out and asked what I had ordered. We decided to leave and will not be coming back. This place is a complete disappointment.
Terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. The food was supposed to be ready by 8:15 pm, but when I arrived, the drive-thru lights were off and no one was answering. I pulled up to the window, and there was no one there. There was a car parked, but no one inside. The website and Google said they were open. I've had bad experiences here before too, with orders always being wrong and rude staff. I don't recommend this place—go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money here.
The restaurant is now under new management, and they are doing a fantastic job of cleaning up the space while providing outstanding service and delicious food! Kudos to the new manager, Chris, and the whole team for their hard work and commitment!
I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was subpar, and I ordered a four-piece dinner for $16. I couldn't use the drive-thru since the sign was broken and lying on the ground; it had been that way for at least a week. It appeared that only two people were working inside, and the place was quite empty. I won’t be coming back.
I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and found it to be quite dirty. Usually, there's only one person working, which leads to long wait times—I’ve waited up to two hours and seen as many as 20 cars turned away. The staff doesn't wear hairnets, and there's trash scattered throughout the kitchen area. I've tolerated these problems for some time, but I’m starting to reach my breaking point. Management seems unconcerned about these issues, but I hope the health department takes notice; I plan to contact them tomorrow. The staff appears disheveled, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is alarming. This restaurant truly needs to address these serious concerns before it faces closure.
