I visited this location for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was incredibly fresh, and they even offered me butter, honey, and hot sauce.
I completed a survey and received a code at the end, but I've yet to receive a response. I was overcharged at the drive-thru even though I showed the receipt to the lady in the lobby. She appeared stressed, so I made an effort to be extra polite. Despite this, she refused to correct my wrong order, claiming there was nothing to refund. I explained that I wasn't seeking a refund; I just wanted to point out the receipt to prevent future mistakes. Unfortunately, she rudely dismissed me and made disrespectful comments about me and my granddaughter. The staff at this restaurant are truly unprofessional and lack respect for customers. It seems the new management isn’t adequately training them, or they simply don’t care. While I was trying to fill out the survey and take some photos, the employees attempted to intimidate me by smoking right outside my car. I will never return to this location and will actively warn others to steer clear. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I demand a refund as well as action against the employee involved.
The food at this restaurant was served quickly, and it was fresh and hot. My chicken legs were juicy, and the two famous bowls we ordered were still warm when we got home, even after a 20 to 25-minute drive from Elmwood.
We placed an online order well in advance, allowing about an hour before the scheduled pickup. However, when we arrived, we were told they were out of chicken and that we would need to request a refund for our order. There was no apology or prior notification before the pickup time. I’m very disappointed with the poor customer service.
New to Peoria and very disappointed. I couldn’t place a pickup order and was told to pull up to the window instead of using the speaker. Then, when we finally pulled up, our order was completely forgotten. After driving around, I was given my order, but the drink was missing. They did give us extra potatoes, though. I won’t be coming back.
