Jimmy John's - Peoria

I tried going to Jimmy John's for the second time tonight to get my favorite sandwich, but I arrived at 8:56 pm and they were already closed. I suggest that they change their hours so that if you arrive before 8:45 pm, you can still order a sandwich. I was able to get the #9 Italian Nightclub sandwich another time, which is my personal favorite and highly recommended. Just be sure to arrive early to avoid missing out.

Really bad service forgot my order and they did not know how to make their own subs. They don?t have napkins available for the costumer.

It took over 50 minutes to receive one sandwich, despite living less than a mile away. I was unable to enjoy my lunch and found the experience stressful. This is not the fast and easy meal I was looking for.

Stephanie the store manager is very unprofessional, took 1.5 hours to get food then it did not show up accurately . Missing one sandwich and 2 chips. Only realized it was the chips at first then saw it was also the sandwich which I told her right when I saw that. She then questioned me on why I didn't say that first and got very rude. She also did not offer to re deliver and told me I could not get a refund on my card told me she could put it on my rewards account but I wouldn't be able to see it and it would only be for that store. Wont be going to this location again.

I would not recommend ordering delivery online from this restaurant. I placed an order for lunch to be delivered at noon, but it did not arrive on time. After calling Jimmy John's, I was informed that the delivery driver was just leaving and would be there shortly. However, after waiting an additional 25 minutes, I called back to speak with the manager who said my order was just then getting ready to go. Despite being less than 2 miles away, my order did not arrive until 12:42, over 40 minutes after placing a pre-order online.
