We go here about twice a month. Service is always very good and the food is consistently of high quality. It is a little pricey but you truly get what you pay for. Highly recommend. View all feedback.
What JulieF doesn't like about Firebirds Wood Fired Grill:
We love Firebirds Grill and we visit regularly. Our server was excellent everyone's food was amazing. The concerns I have are: 1) the noise level was significantly higher than normal because they music was playing way to loud when the restaurant was very crowded and loud without having the music. 2). The carpet in the dining room was filthy. There should be someone with a sweeper that cleans around the tables between... View all feedback.
We have been to this location numerous times and have had the greatest experience as appose to the other location. We will continue to return at this location, and we loved the great customer service with Edgar our server. Food was great.
Very nice place great atmosphere, the food was good, steak had excellent flavor but unfortunately the server did not ask how I wanted it prepared and assumed I wanted it the same as my husbands, (medium) which is too cooked for my liking. I was distracted and didn't catch that she didn't ask until the food came out. I have never had a server not ask how you would like the steak done regardless of other's preference to their own steak. So I was very disappointed to have to eat an overcooked steak, I would have sent this back if we hadn't already waited 30 min for the food to come out. Also had a carrot cake for dessert and it was mediocre.
Great experience as always. Service is the best around here, and the prime rib is to die for. I do wish you would bring back the 10oz option tho. We ate early so the noise level level was fine. Definitely will be back.
It was our first time at Firebirds and it was really good! I have a hard time finding places with prime rib that is a good portion and flavor and luckily it had both and wasn't ridiculously priced either. Also the 3 courses thing for $40 is a great deal as well.
We came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was a memorable experience!! John was our server and made us feel welcomed and made our celebration special! After our meal they brought out a complimentary dessert with a card signed by the head chef, John, and other staff that said “Happy Anniversary”. It was a complete surprise and made our night. For my first time here it was great! Highly recommended!
