I appreciate the importance of customer service, but this restaurant is specifically designed as a drive-thru for a reason. While the friendly greetings and small talk are nice, once a customer receives their order, it's crucial to keep the line moving. First time coming to this one that had a double side. So much faster, that makes it ? times better!!!!
It's good coffee and it isn't an arm and a leg. The big attraction is really when the kids are outside directing customers and taking orders. Max he staff is just super. This is the first place that I have seen where the staff has fantastic team work. The kids are awesome they take orders, direct traffic, and get ready, EVERY EMPLOYEE HAD A HUGE SMILE ON THEIR Fces! Tell me where you have seen that before. When you drive away you will have a great cup of coffee and a nice smile on your face. It makes people happy.
Came today with 2 other coworkers we spent about 15 mins at the window even looking at the workers inside and no one acknowledge us for some reason we come here pretty often not sure what happened today so we just ended up leaving
I normally love Dutch Bros and the workers are always super nice… but yesterday I got (2) blended Rebels and one was perfect and one wasn’t even blended with chunky ice… I attached a pic to show. It was like a snow cone :
I love all Dutch Bros, but I can say this location specifically is my favorite!! No matter who is working that day, they always consistently have great customer service and energetic atmosphere!
