I worked there they put no care or anything into their service or customer care

This place is pure trash the burgers are literally EVERYTIME i come charred to death and just black and crunchy not how a burger should be at all. Maybe you guys should clean your grills more often it seriously disgusting to eat and pay for food like this

Good food. But $5.47 for a medium 16 oz blizzard is high. I can go buy 1.5 quarts of Breyers ice cream from the grocery store for $4.25. What happened DQ?

Good food I had grilled chicken and was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger which they didn't make plain I didn't need it because I do not do ketchup there's a waste of my money and all the other cool workers said their food was very good I don't know when you guys decided to make your fry proportions so skimpy when you have four different orders of fries in one bag don't put two on the bottom right and then put together two upside down on top because then you can never figure out so it wasn't very happy with that at all and neither were the co-workers

Im done with this dairy queen. As a regular customer who orders the exact sale item every time, It blows my mind how often it is screwed up. Today, I asked the girl who was in drive thru if this was my correct order because it did not look chocolatey enough and she just brushed me off and how it was.... she didn't even offer to check it or let me taste it to see if it was right...BTW it wasn't.. this type of service is way too common at this store. I tried calling twice but got bo answer the first time and hung up on the second time. My treat was not correct and had to of been made with the wrong chocolate AGAIN! Don't go here.
