Went in to the Peoria location today at about 5:45pm. 3 people were sitting and eating and I am fairly certain all were employees and there were 2 employees tha... read more Went in to the Peoria location today at about 5:45pm. 3 people were sitting and eating and I am fairly certain all were employees and there were 2 employees that I saw behind the registers. We walked in and looked around and quickly decided betweenthe two of us, quietly, that the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. All of the tables were filthy and had crumbs etc on themso even if we wanted to eat inside we couldn 't. There was a broom and a pile of swept crumbs and food immediately in front ofus on our way to the register. We quickly looked a around and decided that if it 's that horrible where the customers should beable to sit and eat, what must be going on in the kitchen. Between the two of us....and quietly, again, we turned to leaved andbasically were like..nope! As we turned around one of the EMPLOYEES loudly said bye! . We left. Went all the way across town toget our Mexican food fix. I won 't be ordering from here again knowing the disgusting state of the actual restaurant...I normallyorder through a delivery service and that won 't be happening again. My boyfriend and I have been working in the restaurantindustry our entire lives, I know how this review could hurt a restaurant and its employees and I rarely review if somethingisn 't right....this was really something you need to know about and I 'm truly concerned for the health of those who order hereand get it delivered and have no clue of the absolute cesspool this establishment is.

The Peoria, IL location was the worst Chipotle I've ever been in. Those poor kids had no support. The place was gloomy, dirty,portion sizes were abysmal, they were out of everything with no time to stock. The manager of this store needs to go. These kidsneed some help from someone that knows what they're doing. Truly a horrible experience. The workers and customers weremiserable.

Even with the rush, you could see that the employees were really doing their best to assist everyone as quickly as they could. I just wish I had caught the cashier's name because she was fantastic.

I just redeemed 500 points for a side of Queso, and not only did I not get the side, but when I inquired about it, I received a... read more I hope no one uses rewards here. I just redeemed 500 points for a side of Queso, and not only did I not get the side, but when I inquired about it, I received a tiny cup instead of the larger one advertised in the app. I visit this location regularly, and it's frustrating to see my 500 points go to waste, especially since that's almost equivalent to five trips' worth of points.
