Peoria Pizza Works - Peoria Heights

This place was a big disappointment. My husband and I went there with our 2 year old and this was our first time. My husband ordered a taco pizza with jalapenos there was no jalapenos on it and then I ordered the buffalo flatbread with no celery and they had celery everywhere! Not to mention the edges of my flat bread were basically black it was so burnt. We waited an hour for our food and ended up having to ask for it to go because our son was getting crabby waiting for our food to come! The waitress was really nice and that was about the only good thing we have to say about this place. Very disappointing.

Over all solid. Pizza crust is a bit sweet for me and I would prefer fresh mushrooms. But I will definitely be back.

Food was excellent, Great atmosphere, Friendly attentive staff! Everyone had a great time!

Just a poor dining experience with the exception of a super nice and helpful server. The food took way too long, especially on a Sunday night when it wasn't busy. My wife had the worst Reuben she's ever had. My hot Sicilian was neither hot nor good. My mom, dad and brother waited over an hour and forty minutes for a thin crust pizza that was nothing special. It was over $75 for the food. The server was nice and checked on us a lot, and repeatedly said sorry about the wait. Just a bad meal. First time and last time we will go there. Parking: Good parking. That's about the only plus.

Margherita pizza was disappointing with tomatoes that were more green than ripe cold. Not good.
