My most recent visit and 1st visit to the lunch buffet in quite sometime I was impressed. At this location a Peter Piper employee behind the service buffet was energetic, professional and really great at her job. She kept up with the busy lunch crowd all by herself prepping and then serving the buffet. Hats off to her, wish I has asked her name, great job View all feedback.
What kimberly fraga doesn't like about Peter Piper Pizza:
Went here for a birthday party, just wasn’t impressed at all. No good customer service went to ask front a question about the points card and it was like a ghost town!! A person from the back came out and layed something down looked at me then walked about yet then again a ghost town. The pizza was hard to eat as it was over cooked and cold. View all feedback.
Very nice great place for family get together or Birthday
Place is decent. Not too many options on games. Some had issues working and ate coins. Bathroom was fair. No trash can so ppl were throwing the papertowels everywhere after using them. UPDATE Decided to stop by here again. This time for the lunch buffet. Big mistake . We came in at 12:47 pm so peak lunch buffet time. Only 2 pizza options available and some were already cold. Breadsticks were fully out. Decided on one of the options available to begin with and give them some time to make more. The table we sat at smelled horrible!! Then we headed back for seconds at 1:15, still only 2 options of pizza! No plates or forks stocked. Idk if they were short staffed maybe someone called off, but they really need to get it together. For $70 for a family of 4 I could definitely have gone somewhere else...
Worst customer service!!! Asked for help and there are several employees and the girl said you're going to have to wait we are busy. It doesn't take 6 employees to take orders... One should be at the prize pod and stay there meanwhile standing around doing nothing is what most were doing. If you didn't like working with people should find another job... All the team members have attitudes. Never coming back to this location.
This Peter Piper is much better than the one on 71st and Olive. The one on Olive Terrible service and they're fountain drinks and ice tea are often out. Although it is a 5 mile further to drive, it is very much worth the drive.
Not the cleanest of Peter pipers but I did enjoy the atmosphere here. It was very easy to let the kids play
