While passing through Valberg, the restaurant L’Etable was recommended to us and what a nice surprise!! We enjoyed the meal in the brazier and the homemade desserts from start to finish. We left more than satisfied and the service was top notch, very kind and smiling if we have the opportunity to return to Valberg we know where to go to eat! ! Perfect !!!!!! Above all, you must reserve.... From the welcome to the plate, everything was perfect. An excellent “meat” braserade accompanied by salad, potatoes and “homemade” sauces. Unfortunately I was not able to drink wine that evening but there was a very nice wine list (next time I hope!!!! . But a big plus from the kindness of the owners and staff!!!! To recommend. Very pleasant restaurant in the heart of the resort. Typical mountain dishes, to be enjoyed even in the middle of summer! We took a brazier of beef morbier and the salad of the day, hearty and tasty. Family and very friendly service. We will come back with pleasure! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Restaurant upstairs! No coffee service. Meat is succulent as well as desserts, not to mention homemade madeleines. A very good meal shared with the family.
Excellent restaurant. Server with the top, super nice, serviceable, attentive to its customers. An exceptional cuisine, very rich, we ate the best home dessert of our life. It's a very good restaurant I strongly recommend. We'll be back for sure. Thank you.
