The artist residence is a pleasant walk from the train station. chapel street has a really nice mood and adds to the charm of the hotel in any case. we stayed f... read more The artist residence is a pleasant walk from the train station. chapel street has a really nice mood and adds to the charm of the hotel in any case. we stayed for only one night, but booked the Chapel suite and it was not disappointed...absolutely stunning room with views of the quirky admiral benbow pub, which is directly opposite. cocktails were great, we ate both dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were quite expensive and excellent quality. we will definitely be back, it felt like we discovered something special. penzance is on the summit, it is a nice place for a few breaks, a swimming in the jubilee pool or a walk along the promenade on an early evening both a good opportunity to relax.
