I love to ski at apex but The Edge makes the trip a favourite for me every year. Fresh soups and amazing bagels and sandwiches make The Edge my go to place to eat. BC bagel is perfect for starting the day off and the outer edge sandwich is an awesome lunch. Great service and a lovely view -these guys are top notch. View all feedback.
