What User doesn't like about Sizzling Rice Express:
Customer service is terrible and the portion size you receive was not much for how much you pay. They almost think they use that they are the only of two restaurants in the mall now. You'd better go and eat at Save on or A View all feedback.

I have enjoyed lunch and dinner here many times. Customer service and food quality is always awesome . I usually get it to go and portion size is great value. Best food court Chinese food ever !
Unfriendly staff, dried out tasteless food, tiny portions. This is the second time I've tried it. There won't be a third time. At least it wasn't expensive.
We go there every Saturday and meet some friends there , then go have lunch at Sizzling Rice, owner and server are wonderful people, very friendly and the food is inexpensive and really good. They have a senior special which is very affordable so lots of seniors go there
Their seniors portion is just right. The owner cook is friendly and keeps the food coming out fresh and fast, server is wonderful, she knows me as I stop there everytime I am at the mall or I go in and get take out. Good food
