However, the last time I visited the restaurant, the behavior of the waiters was un... read more I have been a customer for 15 years, all these years without any complaints. However, the last time I visited the restaurant, the behavior of the waiters was unacceptable. We went 2 people 22:00 on a Saturday evening, we sat down and the waiter came to order. He takes the order and we politely ask him to turn on the a/c as it was 5 degrees outside and the shop inside was cold, his response was that the air conditioners run until 10pm at night and they don't have the option to turn them on as they run automatically and as at 23:00 they close. In both cases he lied as in the shop you couldn't sit without a jacket which means that it was not heated for hours and also while on their site it is written that the shop closes on Saturdays at 12:00 you cannot tell the customer that the shop closes 1 hour earlier.. We ended up canceling the order, politely got up and left because we weren't going to beg for favors.
