What J La doesn't like about Zoës Kitchen:
Food is good but at height of Covid in the panhandle, blond girl in kitchen making meals is hacking up a lung while preparing food and you guessed it…no mask…and no gloves as well. Guy running register couldn’t have been more clueless about how to do his job either. Place needs a management change. View all feedback.

Luckily I 'm super patient. The manager offered me a free drink for my wait and apologized like 5 times. I felt his anxiety.America 's workforce is going down the....u know what. It 's really sad.Other than that, Zoe 's is the bomb. Love Mediterranean food.
Everyone is incredibly nice and the food is awesome when it 's actually available. On multiple occasions I 've tried ordering through Doordash or their in house application and hours later had to call only to find out that they ran out of falafel up to three hours before closing. This happens so frequently that at some point you would think they would simply start prepping more but a year later... having the same issues. There 's also a lot of inconsistency in quality: sometimes the Greek salads come with feta and olives (like their supposed to) sometimes there 's just tomato and cucumber with nothing else. If you 're lucky enough to get the falafel wrap sometimes there 's no feta on it. It 's mainly about the consistency of the food and the lack of preparation--you should be able to get menu items 3 hours before closing without the excuse of we ran out . With that being said, again--staff is very nice and polite.
First of all the lady at the counter was amazing.I had told her that my rice smelled rotten, it was the cauliflower rice. She took it back to the kitchen, told the cook that it smelled horrible. All he did was shrug his shoulders and said that he didn’t care.
The kabobs and quinoa salad are so good!!! The Greek salad is fantastic, and their Hummus and pita keep me coming back.
I was so excited to see the store open. I don’t come on that side of town often but when I do, I order. I got home and can’t believe what I was served! Burnt veggies. I guess I should have known my food would be horrible because one of the guys was on his cell phone the entire time I was there. Three people in the back. One person working, one on the phone and one eating. I won’t be back. I know I’m just one person out of many. But I won’t be spending my money on something that my 13 year old grand daughter can do better. Shame on you Zoe’s Kitchen. Shame on me for giving you the benefit of the doubt and not requesting refund before I got my food. So disappointing.
