Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

After waiting in the drive-through, a total of 17 minutes, I sat at the order menu and speaker for another 5minutes without anybody acknowledging that I was there This isn't the first time this has happened. I do understand the steering lunchtime, but at least you can acknowledge and state that you would be right with me.

The night staff is horrible! Worst customer service ever. The young lady asked me about 5 times over the intercom to repeat my order. She was laughing like it was funny when I got to the window. Her and the staff just joking around. I honestly didn’t even want my food. After seeing the lack of customer service and playing around. She didn’t say anything to me. Just took my card and gave my food. I’m hoping the management will look into this night staff! It’s ridiculous. Very unprofessional and need proper TRAINING!!! Will be sending a complaint to corporate as well.

The inside of this location has been closed for awhile. One would think that if they are only working from the drive-thru that you could expect hot FRESH food. It it beyond disappointing that the food is almost always old. The fries are cold and the tenders are even older.

Every time I come here, my meal is subpar at best. This time I was served a sandwich literally swimming in sauce to the point of making it completely soggy. (sauce completely covered the surface of the plate, with the sandwich floating in the middle) The same was the case with my husband's sandwich and the fries were faaaaaar from fresh. I don't see it necessary to come back to this location...we've given it many tries.

This location is NEVER open past 7pm anymore and 9 out of 10 times they close much earlier. Forcing everyone that wants chicken past 5pm to go to Chic Fil -A and Foosacklys. Bring on Canes Chicken to Pensacola.
