Amazing service! My cashier, Patrice L, warmly greeted us as soon as we walked in and took our order. But the excellent service didn’t stop there! Shortly after we ordered, a young woman delivered our food and spices with a cheerful attitude. Everyone was in such a great mood! The food was tasty, but it’s the service that will definitely bring me back. Parking was easy, and the accessibility was very good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
I'm not sure what all the hype is about or why this place is so popular. The fries were decent, but the burgers were disappointing and poorly prepared. I paid for a double burger but received a single instead. When I requested a replacement, I ended up with the messiest burger I've ever seen, as if it were my fault they messed up my order! I have dealt with Anna Rose at the Whataburger drive thru multiple times. Each time I have had an encounter with her. She has been nothing but rude and has a snarky comment if you ask for something. I have asked her for ketchup before, but she always seems like she is in a rush. While I understand that it is fast food I do not think I should be talked down to when simply asking for my sauces of choice. If I had forgotten to ask for something at the drive thru speaker, such as sauce or a water, when asking at the drive thru window she acts as if it is an inconvenience to her. She has made rude comments to me multiple times before and I have no clue why but honestly someone who is supposed to be providing excellent customer service should not be working with that attitude.

Hit or miss. some days it is so good. then there are days I wonder why I go on. I have caught them lately, filling the frits on halfway and shaking the bag so they all go to make it look like they are filled and it is simply fancy. I saw it two times while I was sitting on the window. this past time it was about 18 o'clock and they were not serving shakes because they cleaned it. ok, mcdonalds. it is ridiculous that they are open around the clock, clean it around 4 o'clock! this time I bought 3 big pommes and they were all half full without pommes spilled in the bag. I don't understand what the problem is to fill the french properly. I pay like $3 for pommes. I shouldn't have to buy two big ones just to get a real big one. the workers acting as if they had paid for the kartoffels in person, they had to peel and cut, so that they appeared for a party they were not invited but. you didn't buy them, what makes it important to you that they are actually full!?
