This Wendy's dinning room isn't open and unfortunately our truck is down. I noticed one employee either taking a break or getting off work. I tapped on the window and he walked outside I told him our situation about the car and he went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could get something to eat. Thanks View all feedback.

I was disappointed with the customer service and the products at this restaurant. They advertise dollar breakfast cookies on TV, but it wasn’t clear that there’s a limit of five per person and that you have to pay full price for any extras. Since there were three of us, we were hoping to enjoy a hearty breakfast to kick off our day.

2 days ago I bought in this wendys place and regretted it, the hamburger of my sohnes was completely cold, the brot seemed old, it was like a shoe biting. they had too much salt and the other burgers were not so delicious.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were quite rude. I sat in my car looking at the menu board for several minutes, but no one ever greeted me. When I went to the second window, I noticed two employees in the kitchen who glanced outside but seemed indifferent to my presence. It was clear that many other customers were also being ignored. The employees appeared to selectively choose who they wanted to serve. If you’re looking for good food and decent service, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Tried to go thru drive thru at 10:30a.m. to pick up a mobile order. 1 car only in drive thru at the speaker before me and literally sat there for 7 minutes before leaving. Looked like they weren't helping the vehicle in front of me either. Good thing I was able to cancel the mobile order.
