Excellent place to dine in. The hosts Paul and Evelynn (hope I got the name right) are extremely gracious and sweet and they take the time to know you and family. Food , service, and ambiance are amazing. If you like Italian food, this is the place you have to try. Will revist again. View all feedback.
What Glenn Gowitzke doesn't like about V Paul's Italian:
Was there for a private event lunch today. My wife and I had the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. A salad came with it and bread with an oil and spice dip. The salad was good as well as the house dressing. The bread and dip were good. Now for the Alfredo. The shrimp were grilled, hot, and a nice size. The Fettuccine was barely warm, and there was visible water pooling in the Fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce was good exce... View all feedback.
Solo sat at Bar at around 3:30 on 4/25Meatballs and veal ParmeseanBartender was occupied with a wine tasting with one of the managers, not inattentive, but did have to wait a few for a refill. Understandable due to time and situation
Oh, you won't be disappointed here. Massive servings, the meatballs are so big they can't just roll off onto the floor ?, the lobster bisque is beyond 5? and the price is extremely reasonable. There down on palafox. Go get cha some.
My sisters and I drove over from Shalimar to Pensacola to attend the Jeremy Camp concert at the Saenger and we wanted to eat beforehand. We chose VPauls. It was AWESOME!! Our waiter made sure our water glasses were refilled as needed. The food was delicious. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, along with a basil lemon drop martini that was delicious. One sister had fettuccine Alfredo which she loved. The other sister had the cannaloni which was also delicious. It was a truly food experience all around.
The owner is very nice and walks around makung sure things are ok

There were supposed to be 30 attendees, but only 16 were there. You only saw the two wait staff when they took your order and when they delivered your food. Granted, they were not open to the public, but I saw nothing there to support the hype I had heard about this place.
