Great food truck with unique but delicious options! If the Dan Dan Noodles are on the menu, get em! I've liked everything I've tried from them but their noods are fantastic. The elote grilled cheese is also amazing, and the hot pot tots are great for sharing.

I had the Brussels Sprout and Apple Salad and the Pork Belly Flatbread. The salad was pretty good. The apple and mayo really came together on top of the brussels sprout. I myself probably would use Miracle Whip to kick it up another notch. The pork belly was really tasty with both the crispiness and the juicy fatty texture. Everything is well seasoned and cooked. A big bonus us using bio-degradable flatware. Bravo!

Great little food truck next to a nice brewery. I was a little disappointed that the menu online is not necessarily what they serve day of but that's a small business for you menus alter on a whim. We just wished it was posted on their website/FB page. Both our orders were pretty oily but it was delicious. Def worth giving them a try.

The menu always changes, but consistently delicious. I really appreciate that they always have great vegetarian and peskatarian options so that I and my husband can both get something delicious.
