The service was AMAZING! We were greeted at the door and passed a menu and the friendly staff then explained everything on the menu. In a minute, another employee approached us and offered us free chips, salsa, queso and guacamole. The food was delicious we were so glad we decided to go there.

Good food, my order was completely wrong at first but they were very helpful in fixing it. Overall good experience.

The customer service was exceptional, from the person who took our order to the server who delivered our food and checked in on us. Management deserves praise for training their team to be friendly and welcoming to guests—great job all around! We ordered a Tijuana Blackened Chicken Burrito with chips from the kids' menu ($6.49), which was enormous and delicious, as well as a Tij Steak Bowl with chips ($7.49), which was rich and healthy. I also want to highlight that the chips were perfectly seasoned. Overall, I give this place five stars!

The food was absolutely delicious; we enjoyed the beef tacos and beef flautas, both of which were very fresh. The service was lovely, and they have a small dog-friendly terrace. I gave it 4 stars because we were disappointed to learn that they only offer military discounts on Mondays and Wednesdays. I believe our military personnel deserve better recognition every day. Overall, it was a bit disappointing, especially since Tijuana Flats generates enough revenue to support this.

Update: The management reached out and provided a full refund for the churros. While I haven't decided to eat here again just yet, I'm relieved that they are taking steps to prevent situations like this in the future.
