wow! first, I wish I had made pictures of my food, but at the first page I thought of myself for a bit in and never again. I just wanted to try this amazing food. I had the fish and chips (I decided to get cuddly geese instead of pommes.) I had never grieved, but I am in love with them! I also had a gator bite and that was delicious! Before I even try out the Cheesy bites, the server told me if I didn't like them, he... View all feedback.
What TaePops Wright doesn't like about The Oar House:
I like the ambiance of being about the water and the boats riding by. That's my own special picture from our table that shows the boats in the waters. The main problem was that my fried platter did not have seasoned batter View all feedback.
Excellent hangout . Food is good and we have only had one bad server. Great spot to meet friends, grab some food and beverage. They don 't rush you and atmosphere is laid back.
Wow! Great Place and Food!. You have to come here. Everyone was so friendly. Great service, great food and the decor and view just adds to the whole experience. You have to try this place! Had lunch with my daughters future inlaws here.
We had the little ivory salad with black Mahi Mahi, Gumbo, roasted crab legs appetizer with a delicious sauce and Mahi Mahi Baja Tacos. Great food, large portion sizes, great service!
Went on Saturday in the early afternoon. The place was busy but service was great and the ambience was very relaxed and easy going. This isn't dress up sort of seafood restaurant. Think more like Jimmy Buffett. It is an open floor plan that allow breezes to flow through. They can close it in if needed. I had a seafood gumbo that was fantastic. For an entree had the crab cakes which were the very good. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you're in the Pensacola area.
Had a great dinner. Food was good. This is a place I will be going to when I am in Pensacola.
