This is my third time ordering my chai and I'm big disappointed. I kindly asked if there was a reason why the chais I previously ordered were very watery and the girl on the speaker caught a tone with me. Instead of offering to put more of another ingredient in it she rudely asked when I came in the day before and I told her it had been a while since my last visit. As a standard for myself I tip big like $20 and hone... View all feedback.

I had a delicious black coffee that was not sweetened. The price was definitely fair.
Our first visit to this restaurant was at the suggestion of our daughter who is in the Navy. The staff at the counter were extremely friendly and provided helpful suggestions and recommendations. We ordered a Poetchino mocha, a plain latte, and a cocochino, along with a banana nut muffin and a cinnamon roll. The drinks were all delicious - the Poetchinos were not overly sweet like many frozen drinks are these days, and you could taste the coffee. The latte had a perfect balance of espresso and foam. The muffin was tasty, with chopped nuts on top instead of large chunks. The cinnamon roll was gooey and delicious, with a sweet but not overpowering frosting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning when we are in town.
I typically drive 25 minutes to visit The Drowsy Poet, and while their menu is tasty, I was extremely disappointed by the fact that my cup was filled with 90% ice and very little actual drink. The photo attached shows the cup after just four sips, with no drink left and only ice remaining. It's frustrating because the drink cost $5, and after tipping a dollar on top of that, I ended up paying $6 for a cup mostly filled with ice.
I have only visited this restaurant since the beginning of February. I used to frequent Drowsy Poet on Brent Lane for years, so my expectations were high. Fortunately, this place exceeded them. The Zimt mocha latte is consistently perfect. Emma initially struggled to remember my name, but she made an effort and has since learned it. This small gesture made a big difference. I just left 30 seconds ago and already forgot the names of the other staff, but they are super friendly and their drinks are always great. I promise to remember everyone's names next time. The music is decent, but could use more Pentatonix. Update: the name of the other worker is Josh.
