Taco Bell - Pensacola

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Drive-thru order missing item incorrect meat substitute, made me download their app to order quesorita. If I had not stopped to get my app order might not have found mistakes in drive thru order. When I went iinside storeto get the app order, she stated they didn't mess upppp myy drive thru order she would not be giving me the missing item. Ipaid for the missing item agaiin left. I told her I would be submitting my experience online. She stated she didn't care.

Food was good as usual. Service was amazing the manager replaced part of my meal when I went to order something else, because I didn't want the 7 layer burrito( aka tortilla and refried beans)

I ordered tacobell over the weekend. I hadn't had any issues with the Pensacola FL, Davis hwy location in the past infact previous experiences here were fantastic but this recent visit was HORRIBLE. I've got a family and we each ordered a combo meal. My daughter wanted the nacho bell granda with no crunchy tacos, my son I got the Mexican pizza with no tomatoes, crunchydorrito tacos. My husband did 2 crunch wraps with no tomatoes. One was a combo with crunchy tacos. Anyways I've got pictures ofeverything covered in tomatoes with the saddest tacos ever. We could go eat at a Mexican restaurant with unlimited chips andsalsa for less then tacobells prices.

This particular Taco Bell has ALWAYS gotten my orders correct and it's got the 3 F's every time! ALWAYS fresh, fast and friendly!!! 10/10 recommend

What's not to love??!!!! update 9/23:::: just stopped in for a quick bite and man am I glad I did. this location is pretty good as long as u get there prior to a quarter hour of closing lol I've sat in drivethru for several minutes with no one taking myorder.... so they must've already had everything cleaned and didn't wanna do it again lol all in all, good spot!
